Community Revitalization Tax Relief Incentive Program HB657 (formerly RSA 79-E) is to encourge the rehabilitation and active use of under-utilized buildings by offering tax relief for a finite period of time (usually 5-10 years) during which the property tax on the structure would not increase as a result of its substantial rehabilitation.
